Need a hand?
Tell us what happened and which course it involved.
Search for it first — it may be listed under a different name. Plenty of clubs are mapped by the course rather than the club, so Royal Dornoch appears as its championship links and St Andrews has each course listed separately.
If it genuinely isn't there, email us with the club name and roughly where it is and we'll add it.
Open the course and tap the line offering to fix it. Pick the field, tell us the right answer, send. We read every one and most are applied within a day or two.
Our course data comes from OpenStreetMap, which is brilliant in some countries and patchy in others. Hole counts in particular are well mapped across Britain and Ireland and thin elsewhere — that's why we ask rather than guess. A blank you can fix beats a plausible wrong number.
Same reason. Some courses are mapped as "Championship Course" or "Old Course" with the club name on a separate feature, and we join the two up where we can be certain. Where we can't, you get the course name and its town. Send a correction and we'll fix the entry properly.
Check spam — it comes from hello@blazergolf.com. Codes last an hour and can only be used once, so if you've requested several use the newest.
Still nothing after a few minutes, email us and we'll check whether it left our end.
Not in the app yet. Email us from the old address and we'll move the account across with everything intact.
No. Only the date is required. Half the point is recording courses you played years ago, and nobody remembers what they shot at Prestwick in 2011.
Yes. Every round is its own record and the course counts once toward your totals.
Only you. Scores, notes, playing partners and scorecard photos are private. The share card shows counts — courses, countries, championship venues — and nothing else. Ratings you write are public, and marked as such when you write them.
It groups your bucket list by how close the courses are to each other — roughly a forty-mile radius, which is about what you'd drive between rounds. Star five courses in Ayrshire and they arrive as one run.
Yes, some of them earn us a commission, and they're marked wherever they appear. They cost you nothing extra. They never appear on your passport, your map, your stats or your share card — only where you've gone looking to plan something.
Pro is a single payment, once, forever. No subscription, and nothing you already had gets taken away later.
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too — we can't process them ourselves. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: the order in your Play Store account. Tell us if something went wrong and we'll help you chase it.
In the app: You → Delete account. Everything goes at once — rounds, bucket list, trips, scorecard photos. No email, no waiting period, no undo. See the privacy page for exactly what's removed.
